Our Uniquiness is our superpower

I struggled with self image and self esteem for many years. I think most of us have experienced feeling less than or not worthy at some point in our lives.

The more I work on myself, my wounds and my craft It is becoming clearer to me that the point of any of our lives is to be uniquely us.

We are individual expressions of source energy therefore it makes sense that how we express our uniqueness is the point. It is our superpower.

It can be challenging in a culture of social media were “influencers” are being revered which can be great if they are sharing messages of equality, individualism, empowerment and upliftment. Unfortunately thats not always the case and we can get drawn into minimising our lives because they don’t like ……..

This is one of the main reason I love being a Life Coach for Women - to reflect the individual gifts and qualities of the women I sit with and to support them to remember who they truly are. Source energy having a human experience, full of light, love and capable of creating a meaningful life they love.

Can you imagine for a moment what you would feel like if you knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that you are enough, in fact you are exactly what our world needs. You, as you, sharing your uniqueness. Amazing right?

So lets all work on allowing ourselves to be uniquely us, expressing ourselves the way we choose, always remembering to “ do no harm” and respect others boundaries and honouring our own.

What would you do or be differently if you really allowed yourself to express your uniqueness?

Are you willing to take the steps towards that?

For me - it is to write more, to coach more, to share more and to hold space for more women and to speak more Light Language in my circles and healing sessions.

There is a powerful force for creation that exists within all of us and it our super power - it is BEING OURSELVES confidently and unapologetically.

Here’s to our beautiful uniqueness.

Abundant Blessings,

Kym 💕
