Heart & Soul Woman

These sessions are done online via Zoom and can be 30 minutes or 60 minutes. These sessions replace the old “ Psychic Readings sessions”.

During an Intuitive Guidance Session I may use Oracle cards, Reiki, light language, my psychic/mediumship or Birth story to bring through supportive energies for you.

I don’t heal you, you heal you. I simply hold sacred space for the love energy to come through. You are the one that opens up to receive what will best serve you.

My approach is gentle, kind and direct. I know this is big work and I know that we heal when we feel safe, heard, respected and loved.

During a Heart & Soul Session we will connect in together to align our energies.

I will find out what is occurring for you that has you seeking support.

We could discuss your health, relationships and/or your career, you may even require practical steps to start or build your business.

What these sessions are not - I do not tell your fortune - I wont tell you what to do.

I will cocreate with you to assist you to know and trust your own inner guidance and honour your unique gifts.

Spiritual Coaching is for those looking to understand and deepen their connection to their divine purpose and living from their heart and soul.

When we are connected to our truth and our purpose we stress less and trust more. We live in a state of flow and abundance.

I have been coaching women for over 25 years to live their lives connected to their unique journey and honouring and sharing their unique gifts.

Most of us do better when we feel seen, heard and supported.

My role, as your coach is to listen to where you are now, honour where you would like to be and create a pathway together to achieve that.

I will shine light on areas that may be keeping you where you are and cheer you on when you doubt yourself. I will remind you of what you truly are capable of. I believe in you.

The word Reiki is Japanese and translated means Universal Life Energy. The definition for Rei - is universal, transcendental spirit, mysterious power, essence, unconditional love. The definition of Ki - is described as the vital life force energy. Therefore we have Reiki - Universal Life Energy.

During a Reiki Session we will connect to understand what is occurring in your life currently that you would like to understand more deeply, heal, release or to allow something new to come in. Once we have had a conversation I will invite you on to the Reiki Bed. You get to relax and receive. Sessions go from 60-90minutes in total. Reiki is gentle yet powerful. All of my clients leave feeling more grounded, clearer and definitely more relaxed. I offer a New client discounted rate so you can experience it for yourself.

As I continue my own healing and growth journey, new tools and modalities show themselves to me. Light Language is ancient in origins and yet as it has joined me in my offerings this year ( 2024) I am enormously grateful. I feel the codes and language which may come through in a session are powerful and somehow help integrate the healing, the light which my client has opened into. Most of my clients have remarked on how comforting the language is to receive.

We meet in person, monthly in Samford Village, Brisbane, around the full moon.

We connect in with the natural cycles , we meditate, we share and we listen deeply to ourselves and to each other. There is something magical that takes place when women come together in sacred space. I have been blessed to have been holding circle space for women for over 20 years.

I was taught to meditate by my beautiful Buddhist meditation teacher, Sylvana back in 1996. To say it has changed my life is an understatement. From my daily practise I learned that I was not my thoughts which helped me manage sometime crippling anxiety. It has gone on to assist me to open up my divine gifts and to facilitate healing sessions for my clients. I now share a monthly circle with my local community in Samford Village, Brisbane. You don’t need to be experienced, just simply to have a desire to sit and be open.

Reclaiming the feminine Circles are usually held 2-3 times a year.

The theme varies depending on what I am guided to share.

Our next Circle will be in February 2025 and the Theme is Visioning.

We will meditate and talk about our desires for the coming year and make our own individual Vison Board.

A powerful tool which I have been successfully using since 2006.
